linux-avmb1:Keine HDLC-Verbindung mit capidrv

Hallo Liste,
nach langer Zeit benötige ich mal wieder Eure Hilfe mit meiner avmb1-pci.

Projekt:
Installation eines ISDN2SMS-Gateway's mit avmb1pci-card
und Yaps oder Kannel.

Problem:
Der Verbindungsaufbau zum SMSC scheitert bei beiden Programmen mit:

Meine Capi-Konfiguration läuft jedoch astrein. (Benutze Capi4Hylafax 
seit ca. 2 Jahren ohne Probleme.)
