der rauchfreie Hackerspace AfRA[0] bietet jeden 2. und 4. Freitag im
Monat ab 20h eine Plattform für Vorträge. Dies sind die nächsten Themen:

Fr, 10.08.18, 20:00: Anonyme digitale Zahlungen (Kaythxbye)
Bargeld hat im Gegensatz zu digitalen Zahlungsmitteln im Wesentlichen
eine interessante Eigenschaft: Die Zahlungen sind anonym. Auch wenn
durch Geldwäschegesetze und Bargeldlimits bei Ein- und Ausreise immer
mehr Einschränkungen auftreten, ist Bargeld das anonyme Zahlungsmittel
der Wahl im Alltag. Doch auch digitale Systeme können so entworfen
werden, dass mit ihnen anonyme Zahlungen möglich sind. Im Vortrag soll
es sowohl um zentralisierte Systeme basierend auf "blind signatures" als
auch um dezentrale Systeme mit einer Blockchain gehen, die anonyme
Zahlungen ermöglichen.

Fr, 24.08.18, 20:00: Parsen mit lex/yacc (GyrosGeier)
Manchmal lassen sich Probleme am besten lösen, indem man eine neue 
Programmiersprache erfindet, aber einen effizienten Parser von Hand zu 
schreiben ist mühsam und fehleranfällig. In diesem Vortrag werde ich 
eine kurze Einführung in Sprachdesign geben und erklären, wie man lex 
und yacc benutzt, um einen Parser für eine einfache Programmiersprache 
mit wenigen Keywords zu generieren.

Die Vorträge finden statt in den neuen Räumen der AfRA in der
Margaretenstraße 30, nahe S+U Lichtenberg (S5, S7, S75, U5). Der
Eintritt ist wie immer frei. Weitere Informationen zu den Vorträgen

every 2nd and 4th Friday of the month from 20:00 the smoke-free hacker-
space AfRA[0] offers a platform for lectures. These are the next topics:

Fr, 10.08.18, 20:00: Anonymous digital payments (Kaythxbye)
Unlike digital payment methods, cash has essentially one interesting
property: Payments are anonymous. Although money laundering laws and
cash movement limits on entering and leaving the country pose more and
more restrictions, cash is the anonymous payment method of choice in
everyday life. But even digital systems can be designed to make
anonymous payments possible. This talk will address centralised systems
based on "blind signatures" as well as decentralised systems with a
blockchain that enable anonymous payments.

Fr, 24.08.18, 20:00: Parsing with lex/yacc (GyrosGeier)
Occasionally problems are best solved by inventing a new programming
language, but writing an efficient parser by hand is tedious and
error-prone. In this talk I'm going to give a short introduction into
language design and how to use lex and yacc to generate a parser for a
simple programming language with few keywords.

The lectures take place in the new rooms of AfRA at Margaretenstraße 30,
near S+U Lichtenberg (S5, S7, S75, U5). Entry is free, as always. You
