Hier mußt Du dann die Option hinzuschreim (siehe unten)
     Option "blabla"

Is dett die Millenium?
Denn patt ma uff watt die FAQ dazu wees:

Q.G7- Screen instability with Millenniums when the HW cursor shape
changes

(Dett, also sowatt, passiert beim fenster wechseln)

Some people have reported a problem with the Millennium driver that
causes some screen instability when the cursor shape changes. A possible
(not yet
confirmed) workaround for this is to disable the HW cursor by adding the
following line to the Device section in the XF86Config file:

    Option "sw_cursor"

In XFree86 3.3.2, the HW cursor is disabled by default.

( OOPsi, komisch ...)

Weiterhin meint XFree dazu:

1. Supported hardware

The current MGA driver in the SVGA server supports

Matrox Millennium (MGA2064W) with Texas Instruments TVP3026 RAMDAC.
It has been tested with 175MHz, 220MHz and 250MHz versions of
the card with 2MB, 4MB and 8MB WRAM.

(Stimmt, is ne Millenium )

Matrox Millennium II (MGA2164W) both PCI and AGP with Texas
Instruments TVP3026 RAMDAC.
It has been tested with 220MHz and 250MHz versions of the card
with 4MB, 8MB and 16MB WRAM.
Matrox Mystique with 170 and 220 MHz integrated RAMDACs ( both
MGA1064SG and MGA1164SG).

Stimmt dette mim fideoramm?

> (**) SVGA: Option "dac_8_bit"
Watt? Woher hatter den dette?
Das is nirgendswo angegeben in Deinem XF86Config - komisch ...
Dürfte nich sein -> BUG!!

Option "sw_cursor"
hinzufügen!!

Ich geh mal davon aus, daß das Problem damit gelöst ist ;)

Und folglich übersehe ich den Rest mal großzügig.
Sag mal bescheid.
