Bei mir steht in /etc/fstab u.a. 

/dev/hdb1       /Win-D  vfat    rw,noauto,user,umask=000 0      0 

Und nun der test...

root at Sirius:/root> ls /Win-D
.   ..

root at Sirius:/root> mount /Win-D

root at Sirius:/root> ls /Win-D
.               Forsaken Demo   Thefs           autorun.inf
test.user
..              ICH2.bmp        Thiefs          christian
win10111999.gz
Downloads       Meine Daten     amd             recycled
win386.swp

exit und login als normaler user

rolf at Sirius:/home/rolf> touch /Win-D/Hallo.welt

rolf at Sirius:/home/rolf> ls /Win-D/Hallo.welt
/Win-D/Hallo.welt
