Hallo Florian,

ich hatte das gleiche Problem und konnte es nur lösen, indem ich in meiner
/etc/conf.modules (Debian) folgenden Eintrag machte:

   post-install sd_mod modprobe -k ppa

Das geht natürlich nur, wenn Du sonst kein SCSI-Gerät im Computer hast.
Wobei ich festgestellt habe, daß scsi_mod fest in den Kernel eingebunden
sein muß, sd_mod hingegen natürlich als Modul - sonst läufts bei mir nicht.
