Nein, habe / auf reiserfs und einige andere Partitionen, einige auch
auch ext3. Meine root-Partition bei so einem instabilen System auf ext3
umzustellen ist mir derzeit zu riskant.

Habe reiserfsck laufen lassen, keine Fehler.

Mein altes Motherboard ist abgeraucht und nachdem der alte Kernel
halbwegs lief habe ich - wenn ich schonmal bastele - gleich auf 2.6
umgestellt, nach dem ct-Artikel...

Ist ein Gigabyte GA-7N400-L1 mit dem nForce2 Chipsatz. Drauf ist 1GB DDR
400MHz RAM bei einem alten XP 1600+ Prozessor. Matrox G400 Grafikkarte,
Adaptec 2940UW mit IBM SCSI Platte für das Betriebssystem, eine große
IDE Platte als Datenspeicher. Soundkarte und NIC steckt auch noch drin.

Ich habe auch schon alle möglichen Kernel-Optionen ausprobiert. Das
Board läuft wohl mit acpi nicht richtig, weshalb ich in diese Richtung
alles mögliche ausprobiert habe.
Ach ja, ich verwende devfs, allerdings sonst ohne Probleme.
