Wie in der anderen Antwort zu sehen ist scheint SuSE für 
solche Zwecke eins zu haben. Allerdings ist es auch ohne 
weitere Probleme möglich ein eigenes Init-Script zu 
schreiben (Ich weiß allerdings nicht, welche ach so tollen 
Besonderheiten SuSE da wieder hat).
