Hallo,
naja, das sagt doch schon alles. chroot() darf normalerweise nur von root
benutzt werden, Debian ermoeglicht mit dchroot auch normalen Usern, chroot
zu machen.
Wenn Du das chroot eh nur als root ausfuehrst, dann sollte kein
funktionaler Unterschied bestehen.

PS: Ein anderer Weg, normalen Usern chroot() zu erlauben ist
wahrscheinlich, sowas wie selinux zu nutzen um normalen usern damit chroot
zu erlauben.
