Klar. Einmal durchs komplette Dateisystem huschen (`find' kann das :-)
und via iconv --from ISO8859-15 --to UTF-8 die Dateinamen umkodieren
und bei denen, die dann unterschiedlich sind, ein `mv' anwerfen.
