Ja, wie Steve schon sagt, die Guest Additions sind nicht benoetigt.

Sie werden aber auch nicht geladen.. keine Ahnung, ob das die anderen  
VirtualBox services/module durcheinanderbringt, aber eigentlich sollte  
das keine Auswirkungen haben.

Unter FreeBSD heissen die Kernelmodule, die geladen werden muessen,  
vboxnet and vboxdrv.

Ich vermute, die Module sind aehnlichen Names und aehnlicher Funktion  
unter Linux.
