[schilytools] SCCS and bosh

Hi, everyone,

good to see that Joerg’s work will be continued. (Although this was NOT a good time to die…)

I’d volunteer to help if a team was willing to work on bosh and/or SCCS as I use both daily. I’m not very good in Unix-style C though. :-)

(I hope the CDDL will be kept.)
