Just a short note:

If you're interested only in what was provided by the "cdrtools" and are
on a "Debian like system" like Devuan, I provide ready made packages for
this, that are based on the latest "snapshot" of the schilytools here.

If you don't mind to include an unofficial repo. The repo does
work with all flavours of Debian/Devuan from jessie to sid/ceres and
should also work with Ubuntu.
