[schilytools] doesn't see all disks on a bus

schilytools do not see all disks attached to a sas controler…

looks to me as if schilytools cannot handle more than 15 targets per bus, in
this case its only 5 disks out of 24 physically present and working disks.

seen on 12.2-RELEASE-p7 FreeBSD with latest schilytools set. Any idea?
