Since Dennis already posted my link here and Robert was talking to me
earlier today on IRC, I may as well just reply here.

I have cleaned up some of my patches and pushed them into a `cleanup`
branch at the said GitLab repository to make things easier.

The patch for ^L in bosh needs a bit more love as it currently does not
go through termcap and instead just issues a raw ANSI escape sequence.

Feel free to git am/cherry-pick. There are no licensing/copyright issues
on my side.
