[schilytools] Minor documentation corrections

Hello,

just two very minor corrections to the documentation:

1. The file 'BOOTSTRAP' references the file 'COMPILE' which doesn't
exist anymore. It should refrerence the file 'README.compile' instead.

2. The file 'README.compile' still points to 'sourceforge.net' for the
'Smake Sources'.

BTW. It *is* possible, like stated within 'README.compile', to build the
schilytools with just Gmake *without* the 'bootstrap smake'. I have done
so under Devuan Linux Ceres. You get lots of strange compiler warnings, but
it builds ok. I have not done complete testing, but everything seems to
work fine. However, doing so does not give you any advantage, it still
runs 'configure' twice. :-)
