[schilytools] man page sections

I'm sorry for this.  I had meant to edit this out of my email after reading
the documentation but overlooked it.  Neverthless, these changes do not seem
to be affecting any of the sections used by schilytools.

It may indeed be a good idea to change the various section 4 man pages to use
section 5 instead.  Feel free to open an issue for that; I'll try to get to
it in the next few days.
