Das kann man so nicht sagen. Es gibt da nämlich am Anfang
(und da hast Du ja wohl die Zeile her, oder?) einen
Abschnitt mit der Überschrift:

# Initialize some variables set by options.
# The variables have the same names as the options, with
# dashes changed to
underlines.                                                                                                       

Dort steht immer

x_includes=NONE


Da muß irgendwas mit Deinem System nicht stimmen...
