linux-l: Bugzilla und CGI

Hi,

folgendes Problem, ich versuche Bugzilla aufzusetzen, DBI, SQL etc. alles
da. checksetup.pl läuft auch durch, wunderbar soweit, leider gibbet ein
paar CGI-Probleme. Perl und CGI, auch das Handling auf .cgi sind
eingeschaltet, das test.cgi funzt auch allerdings bekomme ich bei bugzilla
immer folgende Meldung:

Jemand eine Idee ? Mit den Rechten habe ich schon alles versucht von
root.root bis apache.apache :-(
