Hallo Carsten,

hier noch ein paar Hinweise:

Meine Installationablauf:

~/rxvt-2.4.5$ ./configure --enable-wtmp --enable-utmp 
--enable-xpm-background --enable-menubar --enable-graphics  

~/rxvt-2.4.5$ make
~/rxvt-2.4.5$ src/rxvt --menu doc/menu/rxvt.menu

--> Geht! (Es kommt ein rxvt mit Menu)

Aus der Dokumentation: (man rxvt)

RESOURCES (available also as long-options)
[...]
 menu: file[;tag]
              Read in the specified menu file (note  the  `.menu'
              extension  is optional) and also optionally specify
              a starting tag to find.  See the reference documen­
              tation for details on the syntax for the menuBar.
