[linux-l] cups 1.1.15 mhhh ... ein Problem!

Hallo ihr da draußen,

folgendes Problem habe ich da:


Nach dem übersetzen von cups 1.1.15 und dem anschließenden checkinstall
(oder make install) möchte ich nach dem Einrichten eines Druckers eine
Testseite drucken, aber er versagt. Im Webfrontend sagt er mir, dass er den
Job ge-"cancelled" hat.


Der Drucker ist angeschlossen, und mit "echo hallo > /dev/lp0" druckt mein
Drucker auch.


die error_log sagt das zu mir, wenn ich auf den "Testseite"-Button im
Webfrontend klicke (auch bei "echo hallo | lpr" ) :

... ach ja, beim übersetzen hatte ich keine Fehler bemerkt, und nur mit der
Option "--enable-ssl" gearbeitet.

und wenn ich vieleicht nur zu blöd zum Fehlersuchen bin, dann wäre es nett
wenn ihr mir einen Tip zum Weiterforschen geben könnt (google u.ä. hab ich
schon vergeblich versucht).
