Mit "netstat" und egrep.

| sudo netstat -vnplatuw |egrep mldonkey |less

Das "p" ist wichtig dammit die Namen der Programme mit ausgegeben
werden. Allerdings darf das nur root ...

Kommentar aus meinen Firewall Settings:

# * Accept conections to ports >1023 at the internet
# * Accept conections to port   4662 from internet  [donkey]
# * Accept conections to port   4001 from localnet  [gui]
# * Accept conections to port   4080 from localnet  [http]
# * Accept conections to port   4000 from localnet  [telnet]
