Da die Frage ein wenig unkonkret ist, eine unkonkrete 
Antwort: Tools deiner Wahl sind mplayer, kaffeine, vdr und 
kvdr. Für die Infrarot-Fernbedienung (falls enthalten), bietet sich lirc an.
Funktionieren tun die meisten dvb-t Karten und Sticks
unter Linux ohne Probleme.

Laut Kerneldokumentation (ja da darf man auch selbst 
nachgucken) werden die Grandtec DVB-T Produkte unterstützt:
