Ich würde mal sagen, dein Installationsprogramm ist im Arsch.
Es ist ja offensichtlich nicht von AWstats selbst, denn das hat gar keines.
Kopiere dir einfach die Dateien auf den Server und gut ist.
Oder ist das Script ein Teil von Typo3? Dann musst du dort den Bug suchen.
Eventuell mag Typo3 deine PHP-Version nicht.
