linux-l: isdn-Problem

Hallo nochmal,
ich bin jetzt immerhin soweit, daß hisax und isdn-modul geladen werden. Die
default route wird angelegt und ifconfig zeigt das interface an. Dialmode
ist auf auto gesetzt und bei einem "ping my_provider" versucht der Rechner
zu wählen.
Ich denke, die Meldung "Can´t locate module ppp0" ist das Entscheidende!
Kann das daran liegen, daß ich PLIP, PPP und SLIP-support fest in den Kernel
compiliert habe?
Irgendwelche Ideen?

P.S.: Sonst gefällt mir Debian sehr gut. Meiner Ansicht nach ist Debian nach
einiger Einarbeitungszeit (seit Mittwoch jeden Tag von 7am bis 10pm, fast
nonstop!) deutlich übersichtlicher als RedHat. Besonders die Paketverwaltung
gefällt mir.
