 Allerdings habe ich folgenden merkwürdigen Effekt wenn ich andere
 Server probiere:

[root at inferno libpcap-0.6.2]# tcptraceroute www.tu-berlin.de
Selected device ippp0, address 217.199.64.2, port 1913 for outgoing packets
Kernel filter, protocol ALL, TURBO mode (735 frames), raw packet socket
Tracing the path to www.tu-berlin.de (130.149.4.10) on TCP port 80, 30 hops max

 ABER ich habe KEINE Probleme per Browser diesen Server zu erreichen
 und die Seite liegt nicht im Cache !

Daher scheint das Problem evtl. doch an Berlinweb zu liegen ?
Das Ergebnis ist auch unabhängig von iptables, selbst wenn diese down
sind erhalte ich dasselbe Ergebnis. In /va/log/messages gibbet auch
keine Meldungen :-(
